Supply, installation and welding of a new low-pressure oxygen system &#8211; steel pipelines with a diameter of DN800, along with fittings in the form of butterfly valves, expansion joints, globe valves and measuring orifice. Conducted along existing flyovers on newly built support structures<br\/>1.3.\nExpansion of the Oxygen Installation LP in the area of Gate No. 3 HMG I<br\/>1.3.1.  Supply, installation and welding of low-pressure oxygen system &#8211; steel pipelines with a diameter of DN800, along with the necessary fittings &#8211; shut-off damper, blow-off damper, service valves, pressure measuring system. Installation carried out on existing flyovers on newly built support structures1.4. Expansion of the MP Oxygen plant in the area of gate No. 3 HMG I<br\/>1.4.1. Supply, installation and welding of medium-pressure oxygen system &#8211; pipelines of acid-resistant steel with a diameter of DN250, along with the necessary fittings &#8211; throttle valve, service valve, pressure measuring system. Installation carried out on existing flyovers on newly built support structures<br\/>1.5.\nInstallation of HP Oxygen from New Oxygen Plant to HMG II<br\/>1.5.1.  Supply, installation and welding of 1900m of high-pressure oxygen installation &#8211; stainless steel pipelines with a diameter of DN40 along with the necessary fittings &#8211; shut-off valves, service valves, blow-off valves, safety valves, pressure measuring system. Installation carried out along existing flyovers on newly built support structures<br\/>1.5.2.\nInstallation of a valve box with metering and safety equipment<br\/>1.5.3.\nPerforming the cleaning and degreasing process of oxygen pipelines to the maximum content of oil and grease contaminants on the inner surface of the pipe not exceeding 220 mg\/m2 in accordance with the standards of EIGA Doc 33\/18 and the guidelines and regulations applicable to oxygen installations<br\/>1.6.\nInstallation of Wet Nitrogen from New Oxygen Plant to HMG II<br\/>1.6.1.    Supply, installation and welding of 1,800mb of wet nitrogen system &#8211; steel pipelines with a diameter of DN500, along with the necessary fittings &#8211; shut-off valves, blow-off valves, bypass valves, pressure measuring system. Installation routed along existing flyovers on newly built support structures<br\/>1.7.\nInstallation of Dry Nitrogen from New Oxygen Plant to HMG II<br\/>1.7.1.  Supply, installation and welding of 2500mb of dry nitrogen system &#8211; steel pipelines with a diameter of DN40 along with the necessary fittings &#8211; shut-off valves, blow-off valves,service valves, pressure measuring system. Installation routed along existing flyovers on newly installed support structures<br\/>1.8.\nRainwater-Industrial Sewer Installation Network from New Oxygen Plant<br\/>1.8.1.\nExecution of sewer installation with a system of plastic pipes, corrugated, with stiffness SN8, conducted in a narrow space excavation at a depth of 1.50m to 3.0m &#8211; 240mb of \u00d8400 diameter pipelines, 30mb of \u00d8200 diameter pipelines<br\/>1.8.2.\nMaking jacking using the trenchless method for sewer system crossings under tracks and roads &#8211; jacking with \u00d8610 steel casing pipe with lengths of 4.5m, 5m and 12m<br\/>1.8.3.\nInstallation of a DN1500 measuring well with a DN300 flow meter installed<br\/>1.8.4.\nInstallation of 10 DN1000 through concrete wells<br\/>1.9.\nMeasurement system of Technological Steam DN200 in the area of gate No. 3 HMG I<br\/>1.9.1.       Modernization of the existing process steam metering system with a capacity of 20,000kg\/h. Removal of the existing DN250 pipeline, installation of DN200 pipeline along with the necessary fittings &#8211; flow meter on the main pipeline, shut-off valves, control gate valve, three-way block valve<br\/>1.10.\nExpansion of the Industrial Water Metering System in the area of gate No. 3.<br\/>1.10.1.\nInstallation of a 2.5m x 4.5m x 2m water meter chamber with the installation of a system of two-wheel shut-off butterfly valves, pressure regulator, water meter and pressure measuring system<br\/>1.10.2.\nConnection to the existing industrial water network \u00d8280 PE<br\/>1.10.3.\nConnection to the existing DN200 steel industrial water network<br\/>2. Carry out cleaning and degreasing process for oxygen pipelines to the maximum content of oil and grease contaminants on the inner surface of the pipe not exceeding 220 mg\/m2 in accordance with the standards of EIGA Doc 33\/18 and the guidelines and regulations applicable to oxygen installations<br\/>3. Conducting examinations, tests, measurements and tests in accordance with the requirements, included in the technical specifications for execution and acceptance<br\/>4. Execution of design validation and conformity assessment of completed oxygen installations by the certification body UDT CERT<br\/>5.
