Ore Enrichment Plants Branch"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Subject of the contract: <strong>Replacement of air turbocompressors as part of the task &#8220;Replacement of the installation of technological air in the ZWR Lubin District&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The subject of the Agreement is the replacement of the existing turbocompressors with modern, high-efficiency equipment, along with the replacement of the suction and discharge systems within the building.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Task scope:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; Selection and delivery of two turbocompressors TD-1, TD-2 together with commissioning and optimization of the system<br\/>&#8211; Carry out tests, examinations and measurements of all newly delivered machinery, equipment and installations<br\/>&#8211; Commissioning of turbocompressors with master control and performing optimization of their operation<br\/>&#8211; Dismantling of steel support structures, service platforms, stairs associated with the installations and equipment to be dismantled<br\/>&#8211; Removal of all old unnecessary structures<br\/>&#8211; Reconstruction, adaptation of existing foundations for the installation of new turbine blowers and necessary associated equipment<br\/>&#8211; Reconstruction of cable ducts in the turbine blower hall<br\/>&#8211; Reprofiling, repairing the floor in the area of the rebuilt foundations<br\/>&#8211; Construction of structures for suction and discharge pipelines and all newly built equipment (support columns with foundations, support structures, beds)<br\/>&#8211; Construction of service platforms for fittings (including butterfly valves) and instrumentation and control equipment, manufacture and installation of a steel structure<br\/>&#8211; Disassembly of existing turbocompressors with technology numbers<br\/>TD-1, TD-2 and structural elements at the site of installation of new turbocompressors<br\/>&#8211; Dismantling of the existing suction and discharge pipelines, along with the fittings built on them<br\/>&#8211; Installation of two new turbocompressors in a sound-proof enclosure, allowing pressure and capacity regulation<br\/>&#8211; Supply and installation of new suction and discharge piping connecting the new blowers to the existing discharge manifold<br\/>&#8211; Supply and installation of suction air filtration system for new blowers<br\/>&#8211; Supply and installation of Auma-operated dampers\/shutoff valves on the discharge piping of each turbocompressor<br\/>&#8211; Supply and installation of check valves on discharge pipelines<br\/>&#8211; Supply and installation of a blowout system including muffler installation<br\/>&#8211; Supply and installation of 2 pcs. wall-mounted electric heaters<br\/>&#8211; Perform tests, examinations and measurements of all newly installed equipment and installations<br\/>&#8211; Supply and installation of a TSS cabinet equipped with a PLC, implementing communication with new turbocompressors<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Implementation date:<\/strong> February 2023 &#8211; December 2024<br\/><strong>Ordering Party: <\/strong> KGHM Polska Mied\u017a S.A. &#8211; Ore Enrichment Plants Division<br\/><strong>General Contractor:<\/strong> CONSORTIUM: SPS INSCON Sp. z o.o. &#8211; Engineering Office of Industrial Automation sp. z o.o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Subject of the contract: Replacement of air turbocompressors as part of the task &#8220;Replacement of the installation of technological air in the ZWR Lubin District&#8221;.
