Completion of the construction of a garage building with a workshop and storage room of the Polkowice District State Fire Service Headquarters

We have completed the construction of a garage building with a workshop and storage room. The work lasted from October to December of this year. The whole process went smoothly and the building was put into use on the agreed date.

The scope of work included the execution of:

  • building structure made of HEB 240 steel profiles and cold-formed purlins “Z” 100x49x1.5mm’
  • Substructures for window and door openings and gates from 120x120x4mm closed profiles;
  • Wall sheathing made of metal-clad sandwich panels with a core of polyisocyanurate PIR foam 12cm thick, and roof sheathing made of sandwich panels 16cm thick;
  • Drainage of water from the roof into gutters and downpipes;
  • supply and installation of window joinery from PVC profiles, steel shell doors, industrial gates with automatic drive with dimensions. 4×4 m and 3×3 m.

Implementation date: October 2023 – December 2023 (completed)
