Project: Construction of a Plant for the production of lime and dolomite granules with additives.
Scope of work:
- Delivery and installation of steel structures with a total weight of about 1,000 tons,
- supply and installation of hoppers for dolomite (25m3), sulfur (10m3) and additives (10m3)
- Supply and installation of a steel buffer tank (12m3),
- Delivery and installation of steel silos for: sub-grain (2m3), finished product – 3 pcs (17m3),
- Supply and installation of steel silos for: premix (20m3), dust (12m3),
- Supply and installation of an outdoor steel silo for dolomite meal (249m3),
- Supply and installation of steel chimneys for the mill and granulation system with diameters
- comprehensive assembly of a technological line for milling and granulation of dolomite stone, including additives, including: ball mill prod. Cemtec, dryer prod. Binder, belt conveyors prod. Inocon and Schenk, screw conveyors prod. Inocon, sliding conveyors prod. Kemex. , bucket conveyors prod. Aumund and Nerak, bag filters prod. Scheuch, sifter prod. Allgaier , granulating discs prod. Agglotec, radial fans prod. Scheuch, mixer prod. Eirich, hot air generators prod. Tecflam, compressors prod. Atlas Copco, and many other minor associated elements.
- Supply and installation of the following systems: dust removal, compressed air, fuel oil, low and medium pressure external gas, internal gas, process water, molasses heating and pneumatic transport.
- Supply and installation of internal installations (water, sewage, central heating, ventilation, air conditioning, gas).
- Trials and functional tests and commissioning of the process line.
