Signing a contract with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Głogów Copper Smelter Division
Subject of the contract: Execution of construction, assembly and disassembly works together with the supply of the required equipment and materials within the task “TE Modernization of the operation of PZ and PE and EC cooling systems in terms of increasing the safety of equipment and securing the parameters of PZ and PE circuit cooling water”
Task scope:
1. execution of works in the field of building and construction industry
1.1. Construction of footings
1.2. Construction, supply and installation of steel support structures in the form of double-branch poles with a height of 1.70m to 5.10m, anchored to foundations
1.3. Construction, delivery and installation of steel structure – support structures for steel pipelines DN700 and DN800, welded to the structure of the existing flyover
2. execution of works in the field of installation industry
2.1. Supply, installation and welding of steel pipelines DN700, DN800, protected with external 3LPE coating, and internal epoxy coating, routed along newly built support structures
2.2. Installation of shut-off butterfly valves DN700, DN800 with electric drive
2.3. Tee connection of DN700 and DN800 installations to existing installations
2.4. Protection of welded joints of pipelines DN800, DN700 with heat shrinkable bands, meeting the requirements of the external coating 3LPE
3. execution of electrical and instrumentation works.
3.1. Replacement of actuators, connection and power supply of existing DN800 electric actuated shut-off dampers
3.2. Connection and power supply of newly installed electric actuated shut-off dampers DN800, DN700
3.3. Installation of heating system pressure sensor stubs
3.4. Implementation of the necessary wiring to the newly installed equipment
3.5. Perform programming of process station inputs – connect pressure sensors
3.6. Implementation of graphic visualization and process control and diagnostics in existing NSS Honeywell operator station graphics for newly installed equipment
4. perform tests and measurements in accordance with the requirements included in the technical designs and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable regulations and standards and the guidelines of the manufacturers of the installed parts and components
