Subject matter: Execution for the under construction Commercial Building – Saller 1 – external installations of water supply, sanitary sewerage, rainwater drainage and technological installations, as well as internal installations: water, hydrant, sanitary sewerage, rainwater drainage, central heating, technological heat, thermal node. The building is located in Legnica, the usable area is 4450,33m2.

Task scope:

  • Execution of installation works – networks and connections of water supply, sanitary sewer, storm water drainage system
  • Execution of assembly works – internal installations of sanitary, technological, rainwater drainage system
  • Execution of assembly works – internal installations for fire protection, technological heat, central heating, mechanical ventilation with air conditioning
  • Execution of assembly and finishing works – internal installation of cold water, hot water, including white assembly
