Subject matter: Comprehensive execution of the raw state with roof and underground garage of two multi-family residential buildings at ul. Braniborska 44-52 in Wrocław

The “Braniborska 44” estate in Wroclaw is a complex of two multi-family buildings with garages and commercial premises with a built-up area of 4,675.8m2 and a total volume of 89,919.2m3. The buildings are founded on foundation slabs, the load-bearing walls on the garage floors are reinforced concrete, and the building’s waterproofing is achieved by using waterproof concrete with White Bathtub Technology. The residential floors are of masonry, reinforced with reinforced concrete studs with precast filigree ceilings.
