Signing an agreement with Dom Development Wrocław Sp. z o.o.

Subject of the contract: Construction of the open shell of building D and E, together with the building of the boiler house and garbage dump (stage I).

The Idylla estate on Stabłowicka Street in Wroclaw is a complex of two multi-family buildings with an underground garage with a built-up area of 6,533m2 and a total volume of 26,650m3. The structural layout of the building is mixed, in the garage the beam system is based on reinforced concrete columns and walls, while above there are masonry walls made of silicate blocks reinforced with reinforced concrete studs. The buildings are founded on independent foundation slabs with prefabricated ceilings of the filigree type. Gypsum partition walls with VG-ORTH technology.
