Signing of an agreement with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. – Ore Enrichment Plants Branch

Subject of the contract: “Purchase and installation of air compressors for the Flotation Unit in the ZWR Lubin District”.

The scope of the task: supply, installation and commissioning of three air compressors, together with the execution of works in the construction and installation industries, including:

• Performing reprofiling and reconstruction of existing reinforced concrete slabs for the installation of new compressors;
• dismantling works;
• Performing reprofiling and resin protection of floors and reinforced concrete structures in the compressor and transformer room;
• manufacture and installation of new brackets, supports and slings for newly designed compressed air pipelines;
• Construction of support structures for air launchers;
• Construction of new necessary stairs, ladders, platforms;
• Removal of pipelines and three screw air compressors along with compressed air systems;
• Delivery, installation, commissioning, start-up and optimization of three screw compressors;
• Construction of an internal compressed air system in the compressor room building, along with the installation of fittings and instrumentation;
• Implementation of supply and exhaust ventilation system;
• conducting pressure, strength and leakage tests of the completed installations.
