Signing of an agreement with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Polkowice Ore Enrichment Plant Branch
Subject of the contract: Replacement of furnaces and exhaust extraction systems of rotary dryers S1 and S2 in the area of ZWR Rudna
Task scope:
– Perform dismantling and demolition of existing combustion chambers
– Construction of foundations and support structures for the furnace chamber and service platforms
– Delivery, installation and commissioning of the heating chamber with associated installations, including: installation of a complete KGSO N=5MW (NNG) chamber, gas burner, ramp with gas installation, combustion air installation, cooling air installation
– Supply and installation of exhaust gas damper, temperature sensors and converter
– Replacement of S1 and S2 rotary dryer exhaust extraction system
– Construction of foundations for chambers and fume extraction equipment
– Construction of support structures, supports and service platforms
– Supply and installation of water scrubber, supply and installation of cyclone
– Delivery, installation and commissioning of a fan with vibration system and bearing temperature measurement
– Execution of fume extraction system, execution of industrial water system and compressed air system
– Supply and installation of SP1N and SP2N drive cabinets, along with the construction of the power supply system
– Execution of modernization of fields (in terms of all apparatus) in the 500V switchgear supplying SP1N and SP2N drive cabinets
– Installation of power supply and control of cooling and combustion fans
– Construction of a lighting system, as well as construction of a grounding and equipotential bonding system
– Supply and installation of inverter cabinets of exhaust extraction fans S-1 and S-2
– Implementation of modification of SCADA iFix visualization system of energy monitoring in the field of visualization of operation and parameters of newly built systems
