Signing of an agreement with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Ore Enrichment Plants Branch
Subject of the contract: Replacement of air turbocompressors as part of the task “Replacement of the installation of technological air in the ZWR Lubin District”.
The subject of the Agreement is the replacement of the existing turbocompressors with modern, high-efficiency equipment, along with the replacement of the suction and discharge systems within the building.
Task scope:
– Selection and delivery of two turbocompressors TD-1, TD-2 together with commissioning and optimization of the system
– Carry out tests, examinations and measurements of all newly delivered machinery, equipment and installations
– Commissioning of turbocompressors with master control and performing optimization of their operation
– Dismantling of steel support structures, service platforms, stairs associated with the installations and equipment to be dismantled
– Removal of all old unnecessary structures
– Reconstruction, adaptation of existing foundations for the installation of new turbine blowers and necessary associated equipment
– Reconstruction of cable ducts in the turbine blower hall
– Reprofiling, repairing the floor in the area of the rebuilt foundations
– Construction of structures for suction and discharge pipelines and all newly built equipment (support columns with foundations, support structures, beds)
– Construction of service platforms for fittings (including butterfly valves) and instrumentation and control equipment, manufacture and installation of a steel structure
– Disassembly of existing turbocompressors with technology numbers
TD-1, TD-2 and structural elements at the site of installation of new turbocompressors
– Dismantling of the existing suction and discharge pipelines, along with the fittings built on them
– Installation of two new turbocompressors in a sound-proof enclosure, allowing pressure and capacity regulation
– Supply and installation of new suction and discharge piping connecting the new blowers to the existing discharge manifold
– Supply and installation of suction air filtration system for new blowers
– Supply and installation of Auma-operated dampers/shutoff valves on the discharge piping of each turbocompressor
– Supply and installation of check valves on discharge pipelines
– Supply and installation of a blowout system including muffler installation
– Supply and installation of 2 pcs. wall-mounted electric heaters
– Perform tests, examinations and measurements of all newly installed equipment and installations
– Supply and installation of a TSS cabinet equipped with a PLC, implementing communication with new turbocompressors
