Signing a contract with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Głogów Copper Smelter Division

Subject matter: Execution of multi-discipline works as part of the implementation of the task titled. “P-7 Modernization of nickel sulfate plant”.

Task scope:

1. perform disassembly work on existing installations
2. execution of installation works:
2.1. Installation of the polishing filter venting system from PE100 pipes with a diameter of DN200 with connection to the existing DN800 collector
2.2. Installation of pipeline installation in TWS technology with diameters DN200, DN50, DN25
2.3. Insulation of pipelines with mineral wool with aluminum sheet sheathing using heating cables
2.4. Supply and installation of compressed air system made of acid-resistant steel together with the installation of air-controlled fittings
2.5. Supply and installation of sulfuric acid droplet separators made of stainless steel
2.6. Construction, supply and installation of an 18 m long steel flyover between two buildings to support the polishing filter vent system and installation of support structures for two acid droplet separators
2.7. Extension of the existing electrical system
2.8. Extension of the existing instrumentation and control installation
3. to carry out tests and measurements in accordance with the requirements included in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, in the technical designs and in accordance with the requirements of applicable regulations and standards.
4. participation in the technical and technological start-up of the installation
