Signing a contract with SPS Budownictwo Sp. z o.o.

Subject matter: Execution of construction works consisting in comprehensive execution of internal sanitary installations, including the supply of materials, products and equipment, execution of the necessary openings (except for openings in reinforced concrete walls according to the design documentation) and fire passages. Which are part of the investment titled. Student house with underground garage and commercial premises at Rychtalska Street in Wroclaw.

Task scope:

– Construction of a complete ventilation system (ventilation in residential units, garage exhaust system with gas detection system, installation of fire dampers).
– Supply and commissioning of air handling units with automation
– Supply of condensing units for air handling units
– Construction of vacuum and gravity rainwater drainage system
– Installation of sanitary sewer system
– Construction of cold, hot and circulating water systems with a hydrophore set
– Implementation of hydrant installation
– Construction of a heating system (central heating / central heating) with equipment for heat and water metering of residential units
– Implementation of white installation in residential units
